Order Dispatching

– All orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays are dispatched on the same day.
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

– Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3 days islandwide.
– In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 days due to courier delays or other external factors.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with:
– You must notify us immediately upon receiving the package.
– An investigation will be carried out with the courier service.
– This process may take 5–20 working days depending on the situation.
– A resolution will be provided once the investigation is completed.
