Return Policy

Sunglass Studio – Sri Lanka

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item only if:

  • It has physical damage upon delivery.
  • It has a manufacturing defect.
  • It is not in usable condition at the time of arrival.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • All original packaging, tags, lens stickers, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, or misuse.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to open a return request.
  2. Provide your order details along with photos or video proof of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if it is eligible for return.
  4. Once approved, return the item to the address we provide.
  5. After inspection, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution.

4. Delivery Damage Investigation

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Report it immediately with photos or video proof.
  • An investigation will be conducted with the courier.
  • This process may take 5–20 working days.

A final outcome will be provided once the investigation is completed.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to damage or defect, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is without a valid issue, the customer must cover the return shipping fee.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn sunglasses.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, accidents, or misuse.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day period.
  • Clearance or special-offer items (if marked as non-returnable).

7. Policy Updates

Sunglass Studio reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time.
